I have been having issues with my truck (which I bought brand new from Lynch in March). These things happen, but I will now have to bring it back in for a third time in three weeks to address a service engine light. I have been attempting to contact the service manager by email, and have not had any response.

I had a scheduled appointment for 2pm. My car was taken back and oil change started immediately. I knew my car was complete because my phone alerted me to connected to MyChevorlet. I wasn’t not called out of the waiting area so I approached the service counter only to be asked “what can I do for you?” I motioned towards my vehicle, stating it looked ready and asked if I could check out. During that time the service tech and Keith discussed a car accidentally had its oil changed, so now I’m unclear if I received an oil change or the other silver suv. When I asked to use my points to pay I was snapped at that it would take 20-30 minutes to then check out. I have used points before it takes an additional 2-3 minutes, I pointed that out and was told by Keith he was really busy and needed to get the other vehicles out too. He did in the end apply my points and I was able to check out in a timely fashion. My husband and I spend a lot of money at lynch Kenosha and want to continue a partnership with them, I feel like I should be treated better. It’s not my fault there were 5 cars going out at 2:30pm on a Saturday, with mine parked in front of them all, and only one service desk open.

things went very quickly. Service was very good . but the mechanic that changed the oil , was sloppy in filling it . the second complaint is i know they have to move the seat to drive it but it was all jacked up when i tried to get in it .

Dropped off the truck Monday night for service Tuesday. Picked up the truck Tuesday afternoon finished. Got home with it and Wed. AM the warning light came back on. Called in Thursday AM and explained problem but can’t bring it in till Monday due to your service department. A little disappointed that a problem was not connected.

My truck had an issue driving to work. I called the service department at Lynch around lunch time. The service advisor I spoke to recommended I bring my truck in as soon as possible and told me they would look at it first thing in the morning. At 8 am Sara texted me to let me know my truck was being looked at. At 11 am Sara let me know the repairs were complete. Great customer service from the whole department.

Had a great experience with my service writer Wes—he was absolutely on point and amazing. I mentioned to him that after every oil change, my C8 Corvette would always have oil stains on the white paint. I asked if he could make sure it was handled a bit more carefully this time, and he totally delivered. This is the first time I got it back completely clean—no oil stains at all. I brought the truck in for service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. The timer on the truck said it’s time to change the air filter so I checked that service but the technician inspected the air filter and recommended that I wait. I really appreciate that type of service, not pushing unneeded service increasing cost of maintaining the vehicle but doing what really needs to get done. That helps build trust in the dealership I purchased my vehicle from.

The service was great. My concern is the cost. To replace an engine thermostat and some coolant was $640+!!!! I believe that GM in general is pricing itself out of the market. With car sales not doing all that well it seems that the dealerships are trying to make up the shortfall in servicing. That’s a steep slope.

Got an appointment for 10:00 am Friday, showed up 15min early, the service representative came right out , I checked in with her, went in the lounge area watching tv and checked my emails, a few minutes later the service representative came in and showed me my vehicle air filter, it was totally dirty she recommended it be replaced, I agreed. My oil change and air filter along with the other vehicle computer and safety check only took less than a hr. I got my paperwork and billing finished and was surprised to find I got a Veteran discount.

He went above and beyond to make sure my transmission was taken care of, but also fixed several other issues he found. This was a first of me not being happy My normal rep Jeff wasn't there that day. The rep I had which I will not name had an attitude rushed through things and when I had questions we can't do that we can't do that I need him to check to see if they had changed my oil changes from 5000 miles to a guess a lower mileage because I told him I always have to add a quart of oil before I come in for an oil change he said he couldn't do that I am trying to figure this out when all that needed to be done was changed it on the window sticker

Let me say first that I love your service center, and have recommended your services to many people. You're service team has always been courteous, professional, and efficient. Such was NOT the case with this experience. I made an appointment at 10:30am for an airbag recall. Upon dropping off my car at 10:15am, I was told by Wesley that if it wasn't fixed by lunch, then it would be done right after lunch. I arrived back at the shop at 1:15pm only to have Wesley tell me that it hasn't even been looked at! Two hours and 45 minutes past my APPOINTMENT! I was then informed by Wesley that "It'll be done sometime by the end of the day". I had other commitments later in the day out of town which led me to leave my car overnight. The snarky, "I don't care" attitude in which your tech, Wesley gave me was highly unprofessional. Never mind that I had an APPOINTMENT that obviously wasn't honored. Wesley had my phone number that he could've called me to say they were running behind, but that was not the case. His attitude is not a positive reflection of your company and what you stand for.I feel that Wesley should maybe choose a different career path that doesn't include working with the public.

My wife asked if we had a free service remaining for our Suburban. The advisor told her since we didn't buy it there he couldn't check. Then after a bit he told her he could see they were used, awkward. He expressed that she should've brought the vehicle indoors. The service lane was very busy, how could she know. Also the services were over 300$ and she expected to have the vehicle washed. It could've been friendlier. We prefer to have our expensive vehicle factory serviced which costs more. Deliver more

Excellent job with service with my oil change and tire rotation, however they sent me a message before my appointment to ask if I was interested in selling my car and buying a new car and I told them no and they responded ok. As soon as I got there though they started approaching me about buying my car and trying to sell me a new car. When I again said I was not interested they kept pushing me and trying to talk me into buying a new car.

I've had this car in around 10 times for the audio not working occasionally. You have added updates many many times, to no avail. I was told back in June that you had it narorwed down to either the speaker amplifier or the radio were the problem. I told you would first put in a new amplifier. If this didn't correct the issue you would replace the radio. Th amplifier did not correct it. I asked if you would order the new radio, and was told you needed to check it again, while conversing with GM and they would approve it. After a day in the shop, I was told that you again had added an update to the radio. How many times do you think it will take. Order the replacement!!!!! I'm sick of this.

I usually go to Boucher Chevrolet in Racine for appointments, but made the mistake of booking at Lynch. I dropped my vehicle off at 1:50 for a 2:00pm appointment and told them I would come back for it when it was finished. I went and ran errands and after OVER an hour, I still had no received a message that my truck was done. I went back to the dealership and saw that my truck was still being worked on. I spent the next 20 minutes observing the service tech walking slower than a snail can crawl while doing very little work on my truck, in between constant chats with his buddies. The appointment took almost an hour and a half by the time the tech was done and I can say with 100% certainty, it would have taken HALF that time had the tech focused on his job instead of talking and picked up his pace even the tiniest bit. It was truly frustrating to watch. I would certainly not recommend anyone to Lynch’s Express Services, as they are the farthest thing from “Express”. What a waste of time.

The person who “checked me in” was very dry and not personable at all. He made me feel like I was not important as I ONLY got an oil change. Maybe he was having a bad day, but then he should have taken it off or done something behind the scenes. Also, now you are charging an addy3% when using a credit card!?! That small independent street vendors do it is one thing, but it is not acceptable in my opinion by a dealership. I’ll take my business elsewhere for these reasons alone.

I did not feel like a regular customer. The customer before me had coupons sent to her. I did not have any coupons sent to me. I am offended by the 3% up charge for using my credit card for a $90 oil change. I know the service person gave me a $10 off coupon which would have made my oil change $100 it starts at $80 something. I also had to wait to be waited on. I did make an appointment. I asked about the WiFi password and was told to go look for it by the TV. Why is this so inconvenient. I have mobility issues. I did have to walk up close to the TV just to see the WiFi code. I am going have to find a new oil change place. You can do better Lynch Chevrolet. I know you can. You have before.

every was ok but i have 3 complaints: 1 still not happy with the way the brakes work 2 i understand that the seats need to be moved so someone can drive it , but when i go to get back in it its hard to adjust it back to where i had it ....... 3 when you do an oil change it would be nice to have the oil spill wiped off the engine .

I arrived, I mentioned that my blazer smells like oil when it gets warm. He checked it out and said he would have the service guy look at it closer when my oil change was getting done. When it was done, he told me that there is a small gap in the oil pan. I could have scheduled a visit right away but chose to call to schedule because I also need the shifter fixed.

I dropped my truck off at before the service department opened for an 0800 appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and tire balance. When I got there at 1500, my truck was still in the rack be I was told they still did not have the new oil added. Then when I went to change my own brake pads and rotors, I noticed I was missing a lug nut. I found this odd considering I was told no work was done on my tires/wheels. This was a safety concern for me.

I paid over 1400.00 dollars to have my timing belt and water pump changed as well as an oil change. They wrecked the front end of my car and denied it and gave me my car back with the check engine light still on. The employee Jeff was very rude to me and when my son said something to him he threatened to take him outside. When the manager got involved he took the side of his employee although he had threatened my son. Between me, my son and granddaughter we have purchased four brand new vehicles from Lynch in Kenosha after this we will never give them our business again and do not recommend them to others either. This was a nightmare experience and they will be hearing from my attorney.

I went to leave for work yesterday morning and went to start my Tahoe and head out. It didn’t want to start, tried it again and it barely started. Decided to take it straight to Lynch instead of heading to work, got there unexpectedly at 7:05, pulled in and they had a tech within 2 min test my battery and determine I needed one. Got it installed and back on the road within a half hour. Just wanted to drop a line to say this was all unexpected and they were able to get me back in the road with piece of mind within that half hour. Many thanks!

Went in for a simple oil change. Came out with a check engine light on. When I brought the car back to scan for the code Wes tried to explain to me that the code was completely unrelated to the oil change. He started spouting nonsense so I left. A simple google of code P0172 will tell you it’s directly related to an oil change or an air filter WHICH WAS REPLACED DURING THIS OIL CHANGE is not seated correctly. Wes didn’t even check the ail filter. So he either had no idea what he was talking about or was trying to talk me in repairs that weren’t needed. I will NEVER come back.

I brought my certified used truck in for a third (3rd) time to have a 4 wheel drive issue fixed. I have only owned the truck for about 18 months. They had a loaner car reserved for me, but wanted my DL, credit card and proof of insurance to be permanently stored in their database system before I could drive away. I was not comfortable with that policy. I asked to speak with the Service Manager two times without success. They last two attempts to fix my trucks issue were covered by the warranty. I was very disappointed to be told that this fix, hopefully the real fix, was not covered and would cost in excess of 600 bucks. They are all nice people personally but need to upgrade their game professionally.

All was well. Recieved a VM saying they were adding a free set of wipers and car was done. When I went to pick up the wipers were on the bill. I had to have proof (VM transcript) to get bill adjusted. Took a while but worked out Ok in the end.

My experience was great! Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and responsive. When we first went in to look, we planned to return the next morning to complete the purchase. However, the next morning I was diagnosed with strep throat and wasn't able to come in. The dealership offered to hold the car for us while I recovered and was able to come in a few days later (after I was no longer contagious). I was very thankful that they worked with us and listened to our questions and answered them thoughtfully. The whole process was quick, easy, and painless! I'm typically someone that hates going to car dealerships, but I'd recommend Lynch to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I took my car in for the vehicle emissions. Less then a week after getting it back my ABS came on and y’all charged $1300 for this. Then turn around less than a week later my service engine light is now back on and my Chevy app is still saying vehicle missions. What I gather you never fixed the problem and made another problem and got extra money out of us….

The people I speak to are always nice, the quality of work seems good, but this was not a good experience. Had an appointment and went in for a two-wheel alignment. Usually these take 30-60 minutes. They had me waiting in the lobby for over two hours. When I got my car back there was McDonalds garbage in it. Seems like someone took my car for a test drive to check the work and used the time to have their lunch. While I was waiting in the lobby. And then they left their garbage behind in my car for me to deal with.

Service and staff were great! Friendly relaxed and helpful staff. The work they did on my blazer was great,rides nice and smooth again like brand new. The only reason I took off one star is because of the billing mistake that happened. Was supposed to be buy 3 tires and get the fourth one for $1 but was charged for all 4 and I didn't catch it until after the bill was paid but Sara was right on top of it and took care of it right away.

My Camaro has a defective hood stripe. In 2023 I took it to Lynch Chevrolet and showed it. They said Chevrolet knows about the issue, they would order a new stripe and call when it came in. They didn't call. In 2024 I went through with the same process. Same result, no call. In 2025 I tried again. This time they did call, and I brought the Camaro in 9/15/25. It became apparent that GM, Chevrolet and Lynch Chevrolet do not consider an automobile to be a significant purchase. They seem to think that the customer should sit placidly by and wait an indeterminate time to have the car repaired. They don't care about the customer. The repair should be easy. Anyone can get a van or car lettered easily at untold numbers of shops. But GM seems incapable of repairing their defect. On the morning of 11/4, 51 days after I dropped the car off the dealer called with a solution. I agreed to it and asked if they could get it done before the weekend because it was supposed to snow and I don't want to drive the car on salted streets. He said he would look into it and get back to me to know when it could be done. I expected a call that afternoon. No luck. Same with Wednesday and Thursday. Friday morning, I waited for a call, but none came. So, I picked up the car that afternoon, still not repaired 54 days after I dropped it off. I'll fix it myself I guess, because Lynch Chevrolet doesn't care to, whether through lack of desire or lack of ability. I've bought 23 new GM vehicles in my life, several more used ones from GM dealers, but I doubt I ever will again. I've directed several people to buy GM vehicles; I definitely will never do again. GM, Chevrolet and Lynch Chevrolet have shown me that the customer is of no importance to them. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any dealer, and honestly, it is the only bad experience I have ever had.

Took 3 days to resolve an issue w/ cooling system. I had to call each day for an update, rather than the other way around. Not sure anyone even looked at this issue within the first 24 hours. Good news is, I believe that issue is resolved. Of course price was out of sight. Had a secondary issue they said they couldn't replicate w/ a test drive. However, odometer reading showed the car was only driven 2 miles. I was able to replicate the issue pulling out of the parking lot. Have no expectations and you won't be disappointed.

We were having issues with the lanes keep assist and collision warnings not working. I called Jeff in service on Saturday afternoon and he was able to get me in 1st thing Monday morning. He already had a full schedule. They had to replace the front camera and recalibrate it. I've always had excellent experiences with the service group at Lynch Chevrolet Kenosha.

I had to have the master replaced on my 25 Colorado. First, the part was not delivered, two days later the part show up but it was the wrong part. Part was reordered but was not delivered, so finally it shows up on Tuesday. This prosses lasted 10 days, I missed 4 day work (W/no pay)! I was not offered a loner till Friday. So that sucked. But the service writer was polite and apologize for the inconvenience. The new part was installed and everything works. I would have thought my truck would have at been been washed for my troubles. All my other services have been great up to this point.

Purchased this vehicle in August. Had only put on less than 1000 miles, and has been in the shop for over 20 days!! Engine light came on the day I purchased the car, something was fixed, but was never told what. 2 month later, engine light on again, took in, spent 600+ dollars and car broke down same day we got it back.Brought back in before Thanksgiving, and car was returned dec 8th, after spending another $550. In addition I felt I was being left in the dark, and had to call constanty to get updates. I would be told you were waiting on parts, or you needed another day to test things, but then would not get a call back for days. It would be 2-3 days and I would have to call Wes for an update. Not sure if he has too much on his plate, but he may need some help getting better organized. Truth be told, I would not have brought my car back to you, had it not been for the extended warranty I purchased. A portion of the work was covered the first time and not nothing the second. Was not happy with the over all experience with the service department. And really not happy with the vehicle purchase. I called and left 2 voicemails now for Mike, the used car manager, and have never gotten a call back. Not a good look.

During my service I ask can they fill my fluids considering I get my oil change here at Lynch got back in my vehicle and my windshield fluid light was still on!! Most places will top fluid for free if you get oil changes at the location!

Car has been there for the same part several times and still no resolution. But I was being charged $4300. Also my car was there for 3 days with no update. I had to keep reaching out for status. Then also they had to see if it was the same part that was previously fixed and it was I was still charged $200 for checking. Also my handle for my seat was never found nor put on my car. This was just a money grab nothing was done to my car in 3 days and $200 payment.

It took an hour and 25 minutes for an oil change! Way too long. Also, the 3% credit card fee at a large dealership is unacceptable. The only reason I went is cause I had a $20 off coupon

4x4 system still not fixed after the 5th attempt, but I appreciate you guys up channeling the issue to GM engineers/service for their instructions for resolution. Your kiosk did not work when I came to pick up the vehicle, so I had to come home and get my extra set and make a trip a bit out of my way to get my keys the other day. Beer violation.

When I arrived to check in, Russ realized that I wasn't on the schedule so I looked at my text confirmation, realizing I made an oil change and tire rotation appointment for the burlington location instead of Kenosha. He was still able to get me in with limited staff which was awesome. He said it might be a little bit of wait but I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great customer service and kudos to Russ for helping me out on behalf of my mental error!

Service writer didn’t keep me informed on status ! I had to keep calling him to find out what was going on ! He said the warranty company didn’t cover belts and they cut off the existing ones and he said that it was required to pay for them out of pocket ! I have used this dealership to buy 3 trucks and have other vehicles serviced there ! This will no longer be my dealership of choice ! The same service writer was having the same difficulties with another customer at the time I was there as well ! Westley cost your dealership me as a customer! I will go elsewhere moving forward

I replaced the rear right tire pressure sensor 2-3 months ago. The front left just went out so I scheduled to replace it. After the repair, all 4 went out. I was told because of the cold they might not work but they may be fine when it warms up. My problem is that before the repair, all three worked fine except for the front left one, and it was colder in the morning than when I picked up the car in the afternoon.
