Lynch Reconditioning Guidelines

At Lynch, we have a series of steps that each used vehicle must undergo before being sold. Here at Lynch Chevrolet of Kenosha, we go above and beyond with our reconditioning process so you can know, rest assured, that you are getting quality when you buy a Lynch Certified Used Vehicle.

• Check all restraining devices, seats and headrests work properly and are present
• Repair any fluid leaks
• Check brake friction on brake pads and brake shoes
• Check A/C system is at proper charge level and in good working order
• Test battery and replace if needed
• Check for spare tire, wheel and spare tire equipment (if equipped)
• Replace any loose steering or suspension parts
• Change oil and filter
• Replace wiper blades
• Change engine and cabin air filters if needed
• Level off all fluids and change if needed
• Check tread life on all tires
• Change fuel filters and top off DEF fluid on all diesel vehicles
• Perform any recalls prior to vehicle sale
• Delete all personal data and GPS information in vehicle infotainment systems
• Erase universal garage door openers
• Check all lights are operational
• Disclose any aftermarket modifications of parts
• Disclose aftermarket window tint and if it is legal under local laws
• Disclose any repairs not performed on window sticker displayed in vehicle
• Remove any wheel locks and install regular lugnuts in their place
• Disclose any frame or unibody damage
